Vertico XL

3D concrete printer

Build volume: 10.0m x 2.7m x 3.0m

Extrusion: 1 and 2 component nozzles with a diameter of 10 - 30 mm max. output volume 0.7 t/hour

Material preparation: material silo and automatic mixer with an MAI 3D printing pump

Print bed: We can print around the perimeter of the 7m track that the printer runs on

Printing Material: 1 and 2 component concrete mixes from Vertico, Master Builders and Sika

3D polymer printer

Build volume: 3.0 x 2.0 x 2.5m, closed, temperature controlled, heated booth

Extrusion: screw type, water-cooled, max. operating temperature 410 °C, nozzle diameter 3 - 10 mm, max. output power 12 kg/h

Print bed: 3.0 x 2.0m, unheated, MDF sheet or aluminium with grooves

Printing material: pre-dried plastic pellets PET-G, PET30GF, PLA20NF, PP30GF, PEEK30CF and more

3D Machining

Working area: 3.0 x 2.0 x 2.5m, closed booth, extraction system

Milling spindle: Hiteco, 9.5 kW, air cooled, with an automatic tool change

Milling table: 3.0 x 2.0m, MDF sheet with clamp anchoring points, we also have a vacuum clamping system
