Patterns are patterns that we can add to the surface of an object to either hide the print layers or increase its aesthetics. We can use them due to the fact that 3D printing of concrete uses higher layer heights, typically 10 or 12 mm. The pattern can consist of either constantly repeating elements or just a single image or logo. The size of the pattern is determined by the layer height and the density of its repetition. The pattern does not have to cover the entire surface of the object, but only a selected part of it.
